Kopecky who played in only four games for Dukla Trencin is leaving due to a shoulder injury. A few weeks ago forward Sean Bergenheim left with an lower body injury.
Kopecky who last year signed a three year deal with the Florida Panthers after playing two seasons with the Chicago Blackhawks was an integral part of the Panthers playoff run this past season.
Earlier this week Florida Panther forward Mike Santorelli left his European club, however that was not due to injury, but at his request.
